Swish Edinburgh Gusto restaurant on George Street has launched its brand new spring menu featuring mouth-watering Biscoff donuts.

The suave Italian-style restaurant in the West End has just launched the new spring menu which offers delicious dishes perfect for an afternoon lunch after a shopping spree.

The new menu welcomes exciting new dishes and seasonal changes to Gusto’s well-known favorites.

Highlights of the new spring menu include a “twist” on the chain’s famous pastry petals filled with oozing Biscoff and chocolate topped with Italian gelato and fresh berries.

Other new dishes include the nutritious and light Supergrain salad, smoked salmon fettuccine and the Truffle Bianco pizza which is sure to be a hit.

Accompanying the delicious new menu is a new cocktail menu perfect for summer nights with new frozen cocktails, such as the fruity Mango Margarita, a frozen version of a classic Pina-Colada, and the Bergamot Slush.
