Twelve Triangles has opened its brand new bakery in Edinburgh after months of construction.

The popular bakery has been wooing customers for some time at its other branches in Leith and Portobello, but has finally opened a new location in the south of the city.

This week, the Morningside branch was officially opened, with staff now opening the doors to locals for all their breads and treats.

Offering both sweet and savory, the shop opened at 8:30 a.m. and will now be available until 3 p.m. every day of the week.

Speaking on their social media, the staff said: “Hello Morningside! We’re open from 8.30am for all your baking and coffee cravings to go!

“We’re incredibly excited to be part of the Morningside community and bring you all of our delicious sweet and savory treats on this side of town. Come on in and say hello and grab some pastries while you do it.”

The bakery is already known for its mouth-watering selection of artisan pastries and other delicious treats, with the new site being no exception.
